Sab Tv will be airing a new comedy-drama ‘Super Sisters’ from 6 August at 7.30 pm, every Monday to Friday. Produced by Vipul D. Shah under the banner of Optimystix Entertainment Media ‘Super Sisters’ is said to be an extraordinary story of the undying love between two sisters and their secret enchanted life.

The show will highlight a very resilient relationship between two sisters, Shivani and Siddhi. Shivani, played by Vaishali Takkar, is a kind-hearted, innocent yet brave girl. Being the elder sister, she is the more responsible one and protective of her younger sister, Siddhi. Siddhi is played by Muskaan Bamne who is feisty and tomboy like in her mannerisms.

Having lost their parents early in life, both sisters stand by and support each other in everything they do. Love walks into Shivani’s life in the form of Ashmit Oberoi, portrayed by Gaurav Wadhwa, a young business tycoon.

Sony LIV will be streaming a new web series ‘The Good Vibes’ from 8 August. The show marks the debut of Legrand in the self-produced web-series and content creation. For over two decades, Legrand is known for the electrical and digital infrastructure building specialist.

Legrand India Director -Marketing Sameer Saxena said, “We are very happy and excited for the launch of the web-series and we hope the young consumer will like it.”

Maanvi and Kasturia will be working for the second time on the web series. The last web series they did together was “TVF Pitchers.”

The six-episode web series revolves a young couple Lakshya (played by Naveen Kasturia) and Jonita (played by Maanvi) who are living in a plush Juhu bungalow and takes us through their journey of re-discovering love and acceptability in their relationship.

Zee Cinema is all set to premiere Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattar-starrer ‘Dhadak’ on 30 September at 9 pm.The channel has roped in Close-Up, Marazzo, and Tata Capital as co-presenting, co-powered, and special partner respectively for the movie premiere.

The romantic drama film directed by Shashank Khaitan had a successful run at the box office with Rs 100+ crore collection.‘Dhadak’ is an official adaptation of the critically and commercially acclaimed Marathi film ‘Sairat’. The film had released in theatres on 20 July.

An amalgamation of dance and fitness, the challenge went viral as Zee Cinema challenged Janhvi and Ishaan to take it up and the young actors took to their social media handles to post videos, where they challenged the director of Dhadak to carry on with the challenge.

As a part of the Zingaat Workout Challenge, the actors challenged their friends from the fraternity, encouraging them to record videos and post them on social media. Every participant has to then pass on the baton to their other friends from the industry, thus creating a chain.

The fun activity saw Janhvi and Ishaan sweating it out in an intense workout session, while incorporating some dance moves on the song Zingaat, effortlessly acing the challenge and nominating Shashank Khaitan to take the chain forward. The Zingaat Workout Challenge soon became popular with social media buffs and went viral in a couple of hours with celebrities like participating.

The show revolves around Bobby Beechwale played by Zakir Hussain, the key protagonist, who is part of a joint family, Bobby’s 70-year old father (Mithilesh Chaturvedi) and 92-year old Dadaji (Jagdish Kawal), addressed as ‘Bapuji’. Dadaji used to be a freedom fighter, working along with, Mahatma Gandhi, always finding himself in the middle of all problematic situations. Hence, he received the title of ‘Beechwale’ from him that he happily started using as his last name.
